Special Issue on Education and Skills Development   

"Education and Skills Development" refers to the process and methodologies involved in enhancing an individual's knowledge base, cognitive abilities, and practical skills through formal schooling, training, and hands-on learning experiences. This multidisciplinary field encompasses a range of topics, including instructional design, curriculum planning, pedagogy, assessment methods, and technology integration. Its goal is to equip individuals with the necessary competencies and expertise for personal development, employability, and active citizenship. Emphasis is placed on creating inclusive, accessible learning environments that cater to diverse learning needs and foster lifelong learning.
