Special Issue on Higher Education Research and Development  

Higher education is an educational level that follows a completion of a school providing a secondary education. It serves and enriches society in many ways and their role in modern life is multi-faceted. Higher education needs to change over the coming decades to meet new economic, social and cultural challenges. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of higher education.

  

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring higher education research and development. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Access and equity of higher education
• Private higher education and privatization
• Teaching, learning and assessment
• Student experience
• Information and communications technologies and distance education
• University- industry linkages
• Future trends and development

 

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

 

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Higher Education Research and Development” should be selected during your submission.
