Special Issue on Interdisciplinarity in Education
Interdisciplinarity
is a buzzword in academic research and education, which is a form of
co-operation between different disciplines with regard to problems whose
complexity is such that they can only be apprehended through the convergence
and careful combining of different points of view. Interdisciplinary education,
which is a means of communicating knowledge, know-how and life-skills in
accordance with a strategy which is not confined to progression within a single
discipline or several disciplines considered independently of one another. The
goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to
promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of interdisciplinarity
in education.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review
articles on exploring interdisciplinarity in education. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Interdisciplinarity in education: researches and practices

Theoretical studies of interdisciplinarity in education

Integrated curriculum

Instrumental transdisciplinary approach

Practical actions involving two or more disciplines

Development of interdisciplinary in education
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully
before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of
their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Interdisciplinarity
in Education” should be selected during your submission.
