Aims & Scope

The Journal of Human Resource and Sustainability Studies (JHRSS) is an international, peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the intersection of human resource management and corporate sustainability. The journal publishes high-quality theoretical and empirical research examining how human resource practices, employee behavior, and organizational culture contribute to environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and sustainable organizational performance. Particular emphasis is placed on areas such as Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM), sustainable workforce management, and the role of human capital in advancing corporate sustainability and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) objectives.

5) Reviews or book reviews—comments and critiques (the number of pages is not restricted);
6) Advertisement – 1-2 page papers;
7) News Letters – 1-5 page papers.
