ABSTRACT: Sarcoidosis is a non caseating granulomatous disease of unknown etiology. Many factors may be attributed to the occurrence of that granuloma including the chemical factors. We present this case aiming to highlight Synthol injection which is chemical substance frequently used by athletics to increase their muscle size as it can trigger the occurrence of musculocutanous sarcoidosis. In conclusion Synthol should be added to the chemical list which can induce musculocutanous sarcoidosis.
