ABSTRACT: Learning
support services are the core and key of the quality assurance system of
distance education in open universities. How to provide learners with
high-quality learning support services and realize the value of learning support
services in the “Internet+” era is an urgent issue to be solved. Based on the
analysis of the current deficiencies in the learning support services of open
universities, combined with the advantages of the further integration of technology
and education in the Internet era, this paper puts forward the path and
countermeasures that can meet the learning needs of learners and provide them
with standardized, individualized and diversified learning support services.
