  ABSTRACT: The aim of the study to monitor post partal uterine involution, ovarian activity and biochemical parameters and it is relation to the subsequent fertility. A total sixty normal calving pluriparous buffaloes were examined between 14th and 75th day post partum (p.p.) rectaly, ultrasonically and blood sampling were collected on weekly sessions. There were differences (P 3 8 mmdiameter) in ipsilateral and contralateral ovary to the PGUH in PREG group was higher (P
