Abstract: A Certificateless signature scheme without pairings is given by Aijun Ge in 2009, and it’s signature length is 3. Based on the scheme, an improved concrete certificateless signature scheme without pairings is proposed. The signature length in our scheme is 2. The security of our scheme depends on the difficulties of DLP. It is proved that our scheme is existentially unforgeable against adaptively chosen-message attacks. Moreover, our scheme requires less computation cost compare with the scheme given by Aijun Ge.
