Submission Policy
Manuscripts submitted to Scientific Research Publishing must contain original material. The submitted manuscript, or any translation of it, must neither be published, nor be submitted for publication elsewhere. Violations of these rules will normally result in an immediate rejection of the submission without further review.

Apart from English, SCIRP also publishes books in other languages. For more information, please feel free to contact book@scirp.org.

Publishing Procedures:
1. Firstly, authors are kindly required to send 3 documents to us: a CV, a Publication Proposal Form (Download) and the First Chapter of your Book. It will take around one week to make an initial evaluation.
2. By passing the first evaluation, a more detailed evaluation result from the related reviewers will be collected in one month. After all reviews received, the final decision on approval or disapproval for the book publication will come out.
3. If the book is approved to be published after evaluation, publishing agreement will be discussed and signed.
4. After publishing contract signed, authors should pay publishing fees according to book pages. Once the payment has been received, typesetting and proofreading work will be done promptly by SCIRP.
5. Finally, SCIRP will publish the book and do its best to promote the book to strive for the maximum of sales.

General Peer-Review Procedure
All manuscripts submitted for publication in our press are strictly and thoroughly peer-reviewed. The Editorial Offices will organize peer-review and collect at least five review comments per manuscript, ask the authors for adequate revision (peer-review again whenever necessary). The Editorial Board prepares a decision letter according to the comments of the reviewers, which is sent to the corresponding author.

Whether an author is published with Scientific Research Publishing or any other publisher, we hold ourselves and our colleagues to the highest standards of ethics, responsibility and legal obligation. Authors who published a book in SCIRP also will get his/her royalty according to the sales.
