Abstract: Based information processing technology and intelligence technology, Building the rail freight measurement and safety detection and monitoring system to dynamic monitor loading statement of goods. To provide the important means of technical support for the Chinese railway cargo transport security. This paper describes the general scheme of the system. Besides, the paper discusses the related key technologies, such as the data integration and sharing technology of cargo loading statement information, intelligent alarm judgment, cargo loading statement monitoring, the process recreation and so on . The popularization and application of the railway freight measurement & safety detecting system plays an important role in railways freight safety.
