Abstract: For the problem that is path planning under UAV battlefield environment, we propose the comprehensive intercept probability evaluation model based on discrete dynamic Bayesian networks, which can achieve UAV on-line path planning in combination with model predictive control algorithm. The comprehensive intercept probability evaluation model based on time-varying dynamic Bayesian networks is consist of two sub-modules, the radar continuous tracking probability assessment and the anti-aircraft missile shot down probability assessment. It can achieve the intercept threat assessment of many anti-aircraft systems. On this basis, we introduce the comprehensive intercept probability estimation result into the target function of model predictive control algorithm. We acquire a series of on-line control quantities by rolling the optimization objective function. Thus, the UAV on-line path planning can be accomplished. The simulation results show that this method may be effective against the intercept from the ground defensive positions, so as to improve the UAV survival probability in the battlefield environment.
