Abstract: |
The unconventional
emergency always results in deaths, injuries, and property damage and that cannot
be managed through the routine procedures and resources of government.
Reasonable emergency resources planning and management is an important part of
the response to emergencies. The paper analyzed the characteristics and
requirement of the resource used in the emergency, pointed out the main problem
existed in the emergency management, put forward a dynamic support mode of
emergency resource in the unconventional emergency.
