The Eighteenth National Congress pointed out implement the strategy of innovation-driven development, and place greater emphasis on making innovation through collaboration. We should improve standards for evaluating scientific and technological innovations and mechanisms for rewarding such innovations and applying them to production. We should efficiently allocate and fully integrate innovation resources, and ensure that the wisdom and strength of the whole society are directed toward promoting innovation-driven development.Therefore,the university should constructing the synergism innovation mechanism on transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and should more concerned stakeholders and promote the transformation of achievements.
