The Eighteenth National Congress pointed out the direction of the education in colleges and universities. The universities has seized this important period, and place greater emphasis on making innovation through collaboration, we should deepen reform of the university intellectual property strategy. Therefore,we should constructing the synergism innovation mode of university intellectual property strategy from actual conditions,we should more concerned stakeholders and promote the transformation of achievements.
