With the development
of the knowledge-based economy, the social and economic value of the knowledge-based
enterprise organizations have become increasingly prominent, the benefits
generated even more than the capital-intensive enterprises and technology-intensive
enterprises. How to create maximum value for customers in the enterprise
business process, reduce the cost of doing business, has become a topic that
can’t be avoided in the knowledge-based enterprise management activities. This
paper studies from the features and characteristics of the business processes
of knowledge-based enterprises, from the organization's structure, behavior,
culture, employees, innovation, customers, analyzes the characteristics of the
knowledge-based enterprise business processes. And based on the analysis of
strategies and methods of the study was to investigate the management of the
knowledge-based business processes.
