Abstract: |
The management of
university intellectual property is basically located in the scope of legal protection.
Management, which only stays in protection, is not the true sense of it, and of
course, is not the effective protection, leading to one-sided and incomplete
intellectual property. The true sense of intellectual property management in
university should be effective protection and effective transformation.
