At the beginning in this paper, the current situation of college English teaching is analyzed, combined with the characteristics of the primary commanding military academy of CAPF. Then totally the following 5 aspects have been discussed to deepen college English teaching reform, which include educational concepts, teaching thoughts, teaching methods, teaching means as well as teaching evaluation. Therefore, fundamentally, "five changes" can be achieved at college English teaching with high quality and efficiency, especially in the primary commanding military academy of CAPF.
