At the end of July this year, India arose two large blackouts. The two incidents show that though structure of the modern grid system is already quite strong, it still can't avoid all kinds of causes of blackouts. The proposition of micro grid opened up a new way to solve this problem. This paper will take the blackouts of India for case to explore the combination of micro power grid and large power grid.
