The purpose of this study is to provide an experimental teaching mode of enterprise logistics operating system which is based on the business simulation. Through analyzing the work flow of enterprise logistics system, setting operational post as well as the corresponding decision point, some technologies like random number generator and clock pulse are proposed to simulate the dynamic process and environment of enterprise logistics system. Thus, the role and corresponding decision platform of the experiment participants is determined to conduct the experimental teaching of enterprise logistics operation management in a laboratory setting.
