Using Jiangxi’s data between 2000 and 2010, we use the DEA cross evaluation model for the determination of the period of logistics industry efficiency, and analyze its environmental impact factors thought the Tobit model. Research shows that: in the past 10 years, Jiangxi province’s logistics industry efficiency has realized increase gradually, but in 2008 appeared efficiency decline, it achieved a rapid pull to raise phenomenon in 2010. The economic output and the traffic infrastructures have significant effect to promote the efficiency’s increscent of logistics industry in Jiangxi province, but informationization level effect is not obvious.
