Taiwan government after the signing of ECFA, Taiwanese manufacturers ECFA offers an investor in China intensified speed, accelerate the flight of industry in China, the economic growth in Asiancountries in last place, the unemployment rate remains high, workers' wages remain stagnant into the real estate prices graduallyrising, triggering whether ECFA to help Taiwan out of the effective strategy of marginalization crisis? Therefore, this study using a gravity model analysis of Taiwan and China signed the ECFA before and after bilateral trade flows has significantly improved, and based on the analysis of the results,and propose specific policy recommendations for the governmentand industry reference.
