The construction of enterprise annuity fund performance evaluation system in China is still in the exploration infancy. From the aspects of the imperfect system framework, capital market instability and social environment etc., the constraints factors inflecting enterprise annuity fund performance evaluation system construction are analyzed. Finally, recommendations are put forward to promote the building of enterprise annuity fund performance evaluation system.
