The talents play key
roles in the survival and development of enterprises, and as a key link, the training
in the development of human resources, are treated as a common link between the
growth of the enterprise and its employees, and it is an important guarantee to
achieve business development goals. It is very concerned about how to train
employees to become a micro-enterprise operator. Starting from the problems and
the difficulties in the micro-enterprise training, through the
school-enterprise cooperation to build new system for staff training, the
article puts forward the effective countermeasures and specific measures to
explore suitable methods for the development of China's micro-enterprise
training to ensure the sustainable development of the micro-enterprise.
