Nowadays, higher vocational colleges are being in a new period of strengthening the connotation construction. Human resources is the crux of the development. Taking Guangxi Vocational College of Business and Technology as a case study, the article analyses the practical exploration of human resources and the difficulties and problems that higher vocational colleges are facing. Furthermore, the article, from the perspective of strategic management view, tries to put forward some strategies and countermeasures on how to get the support of the government and how to strengthen themselves by their own efforts to promote the construction of human resources of these vocational colleges.
