Rural human resources differentiation degree coefficient is designed based on the analysis of the disintegration phenomenon in the transferring process of human resources, investigating the rationality of this model from two angles of rural labor force structure and farmers income in this paper, so as to indicate the farmers’ differentiation degree. Taking the rural human resources differentiation in Northeast China as an example, on the view of the structure of farmers’ income, it is investigated for the changing of farmer which becomes a non-farm occupation or identity and examined for the designed model, namely the differentiation degree coefficient = labor income of non-agriculture/{labor income of non-agriculture + income of agriculture industry} ηi=Rnagr /{Rnagr+Ragr}, which is used for assessing the differentiation degree and feasibility of rural labor force.
