Abstract: |
This paper collects
literatures related to postdoctoral system as the research samples,which have been
published during 1985-2012 in China.It applies content analysis method to
analyze these literatures from four aspects:time distribution,research style,research
method and research theme.Statistics show that the studies in this field and
empirical study are still scarce,the use of quantitative analysis is much less
than qualitative analysis,and research topics cover a wide range.Meanwhile,this
paper forecasts the research hotspot in this field.
