Abstract: |
Motivation is one of the core contents in human resource management. When the university constructsits motivate mechanism, the direct, indirect and environmental factors should be considered. Not only the influence caused by the single factor on the stuff would be paid attention to, but all factors should be taken into consideration and be balanced. According to itself features, the university constructs various motivate mechanism in human resource management. Based on these, target motivation is applied, morality motivation is intensified, cultural motivation is realized, promotion and demotion motivation is perfected, and authorization motivation is actualized, to improve the work achievement of the stuff, to improve the competitive power of the organization, to realize motivation effects finally.
