After the educational transformation of military academies, degree courses and professional education are still the primary training objective and task. There was shortage of teachers in some subject of the military academies, which couldn’t to meet the current needs of the teaching task. Establishing instructor system can solve the problem, which can make full use of force resources and bring the outstanding grassroots cadres of army into play.
