The study of employees’job satisfaction is the hot issue in Organizational Psychology and Management Psychology. It is social behavior, psychological background of an organization. It can promote job performance, and reduce employee turnover intention. Then improve the effectiveness of the organization. In recent years, The research on leadership style and psychological empowerment are more and more. On the base of the existing literature, This paper attempts to put forward the hypothesis: leadership style and psychological empowerment affect employees’job satisfaction.
