Organizational effectiveness performance evaluation system aims at the comprehensive evaluation of the different functional orientation, organizational performance of the different nature of organization. The evaluation system could form a comprehensive evaluation of the group's business conditions, find that the problems in the business on a timely and accurate manner, so as to improve the overall performance level of coporates. The pros and cons of various performance evaluation methods are overall considered. Based on the balanced scorecard evaluation method, the strategy-based organizational effectiveness performance evaluation index system is built up to explore new evaluation methodology of organizational effectiveness performance.
