Abstract: |
In this paper, we constructed the index evaluation-system of marine high-tech industrial competitiveness, and estimated marine high-tech industrial competitiveness of 11 coastal provinces in China by the factor analysis, based on the 2006 and 2010’s statistical data. It indicted that the key factors that impact China’s marine high-tech industrial competitiveness include scale-output capability, policy environment and potential development and there were uneven in the development of the different provinces. In the last, the corresponding conclusions and recommendations were put forward.
