"OB"theory has interdisciplinary, which decides the teaching methods of complex characteristics. Using grey relational model, and combining with TOPSIS method, based on them the OB teaching quality evaluation method is put forward. Though the example, the application of teaching quality evaluation method is facilitated. Evaluation method is intuitive and reliable, and which not only can improve teachers' teaching level but also can provide a basis of scientific decision for teaching management departments.
