It is of particular importance to explore the issue of environmental cost based on low carbon economy. This paper introduces the theory of low carbon economy into the practical use of environmental cost control, and furthermore illustrates the necessity of environmental cost control based on internal risk benefit and external supervision system perspectives. This paper offers some suggestions for environmental cost control subsequent to analyzing the problems existing in the present process of control, so as to provide some innovative references to cost management.
