The article use the induction, from the resources view, capability view to the dynamic capability view, it analysises the evolution process of the ability and the nature of knowledge, it conforms the relationship modle between knowledge and ability and a three-stages cycle model about the dynamic capacity. The research shows that knowledge innovation is the key of capacity, enterprises find knowledge gaps through internal audits, and studying is going on throughout the dynamic capability, the mechanism on the knowledge innovation acts on the dynamic capability is divided into three stages, they are the knowledge study stage, the knowledge innovation stage and the form of dynamic capability. the enterprise must establish a study mechanism and a flexible mechanism, and establish fast response mechanism with the external environment.
