The current developing status and existing problems of suburban leisure agriculture development in China were analyzed, based on the characteristics of the suburban land use and the development stage of suburban leisure agriculture. It is proposed that legal system improving, planning supervision, financial supporting, management awareness training, publicity and tourism consumption guidance should be taken to promote the sustainable development of suburban leisure agriculture.
