This paper firstly introduces the meaning of real estate project management on the basis of introducing the principle and present situation of real estate project management, carries on analysis of the existing main problems of present age real estate project management in our country from decision-making, design and implementation of three stages, and finally put forward the corresponding solution strategy to the problems.Real estate project management is a classification of project management, which is the managers of the real estate project using the view of system engineering point, theory and methods in order to do the overall process and comprehensive management on the construction and use of the real estate project, realize the optimal allocation of production factors on real estate projects, and then provide users with quality products and service.
