According to city
rainfall flood has become more serious problem, introduces the city rainfall
flood bring problems, this paper discusses rainfall flood influence on urban
development. Introduce the green infrastructure (GI) idea, and to deal with the
problems caused by urban rain-flood during Yichang’s development, put forward
the suggestions and measures to promote the Yichang’s great-leap-forward
development.
