Application of
Building Information Model (BIM) in the construction project will bring huge
returns on investment. In the BIM implementation process, its organization must
firstly be established as the prerequisite. Taking Jinan provincial capital
culture and art center as an example, the idea of BIM service center (BSC) is
proposed and the technical function of life-cycle, implementation premise,
organization structure, service flow and benefits of BSC are analyzed. The
paper wishes to provide reference for further researches.
