We used the econometric method to
conduct an empirical analysis from three aspects, the development of service industry to enhance the
ability of consumer demand, the ability of service industry to absorb employment and the ability of service
industry to enhance economic growth in intensity. The results showed that the
development of services to improve consumer spending does have a positive
effect, flexibility to absorb employment of services is the largest among the
three industries, by developing services to better promote an increase in
employment, there exists two-way Granger causality between services and total factor
productivity, there is a significant positive effect that the development
service industry improve intensification of economic, Long-run equilibrium
relationship exists between the two.
