This paper puts forward optimal control program about resolving contradiction between Hydrogen fuel engine backfire and Improving the power ,designs Hydrogen engine electronic control system hardware, and develops software which use Modular design scheme, also Communication Monitoring System of PC was exploited. Besides, we simulate ECU hardware circuit by using the Simulation Software whose result shows that fully achieve corresponding function, so improving Design efficiency and reducing Development costs.
