Special Issue Electrochemical Materials

Electrochemical materials and interfaces are present in many energy systems, such as fuel cells, batteries, electrochromic windows and water splitting devices. The performance of such devices is strongly related to the materials and interface properties. Therefore, understanding and tuning of these properties are crucial in order to reach highest performance and to supply alternative, sustainable energy solutions for the future. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of Electrochemical Materials.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore Electrochemical Materials. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

  • Electrodeposition of metals and alloys
  • Electrochemistry of oxides and semiconductors
  • Electrochemical charge-transfer reaction
  • Electrochemical energy storage
  • Electrochemical materials and interfaces
  • Electrical measurements
  • Electrochemical characterization

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue –Electrochemical Materials should be selected during your submission.
