Special Issue on
Research on Nanomaterials and Nanostructures
Nanomaterials (NMs) have
gained prominence in technological advancements due to their tunable physical, chemical
and biological properties with enhanced performance over their bulk
counterparts. NMs are categorized depending on their size, composition, shape,
and origin. The ability to predict the unique properties of NMs increases the
value of each classification. Due to increased growth of production of NMs and
their industrial applications, issues relating to toxicity are inevitable. The
goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and
academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new
issues and developments in the area of research
on nanomaterials and nanostructures.
In this
special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original
research and review articles that explore research on nanomaterials and nanostructures. In this special issue,
potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Nanostructured
and nanoscale materials
-
Nanocomposites,
nanoclusters, thin films, nanotubes
-
Nanophysics
