  ABSTRACT: To investigate the effect of targeted blockage of CXCR4 on EMT and tumour invasion and metastasis in epithelial Ovarian cancer (OC). The expression of CXCR4 was detected using SP immunohistochemistry in 55 cases of OC and 35 cases of benign tissue.
