ABSTRACT: With the development of modern society, the mental health issues of high school students have become increasingly prominent, affecting their quality of learning and life. This paper explores effective strategies for addressing the mental health problems of high school students through the collaborative efforts of schools, families, and communities from the perspective of the efficacy of mental health education. First, it emphasizes the importance of mental health education, including enhancing students’ psychological qualities, preventing mental health issues, and promoting overall development. Next, it analyzes the roles and responsibilities of schools, families, and society in mental health education, proposing specific measures such as establishing a comprehensive mental health education system, strengthening communication and cooperation between schools and families, utilizing social resources to expand mental health services, and implementing individualized psychological intervention plans. Through case analysis, the practical effects of these strategies are demonstrated. Finally, it calls on all sectors of society to pay attention to and support students’ mental health initiatives in order to cultivate outstanding talents who are physically and mentally healthy and well-rounded.
