ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the connotation of scientific data literacy, uses literature research methods and case analysis methods to investigate and analyze the scientific data literacy education practices of universities or institutions, and proposes the scientific data literacy teaching objectives, teaching objects, education models and education strategies. It has important theoretical value and practical reference.
