ABSTRACT: This paper analyzed the recognition and enforcement of foreign-related awards in relation to public policy issues from an empirical perspective. The conception of “public policy” in China is vague in the legislative level so this paper conducted holistic summary and analysis of relevant cases in Chinese courts to gradually pierce the veil of public policy.
