ABSTRACT: The classical sinus lift procedure is a well-documented technique and Schneiderian membrane perforation is one of the most common complications. Various repairs have been developed for managing sinus membrane perforations. We describe a new suture technique of Schneiderian membrane that makes it possible to complete a sinus lift procedure that otherwise might have been aborted by preventing loss of the graft in the sinus cavity and secondary complications, such as sinusitis.
