Resignation phenomenon, which has seen millions of employees leaving their jobs
due to burnout, lack of growth opportunities, and pandemic-related concerns. This
sudden shift in mindset will be explained by looking at the trends causing this worker
exodus. The paper examines the importance of the employee experience and how it
impacts worker retention. It provides insights into the need for a positive
start to an employee’s journey, highlighting the importance of improving the
onboarding process. Additionally, the paper underscores the significance of an
employee-centric model for fostering passion, loyalty, and emotional
connections. Furthermore, it highlights the critical role of employee
