ABSTRACT: This paper analyses the FDI flows determinants in less developed
countries with evidence in Central African countries. We mention that if
institutions matter in attracting FDI flows; this is not only due to good
institutions or political regime types as focused in economic literature but
also due to economic sectors which must be considered as investors decision
procedure.
