ABSTRACT: The aim of this research is to examine the influence of entrepreneurial
learning environment on entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students in Yusuf Maitama Sule University, Kano. To achieve
that, cross-sectional survey design was used where a questionnaire was employed
as the technique for data collection. A sample of 334 respondents was used in
the study. Findings show that the dimensions of the entrepreneurial learning
environment (the physical and the mental) are positively and significantly
associated with students’ entrepreneurial intentions. Thus, among the recommendations
of the study, the management of the university saddled with the responsibility
of teaching entrepreneurship courses should find a way of integrating people
with enterprise experience in teaching entrepreneurship.
